A friend sent me this pic of her son, Sam, with Nora. We exchange childcare a couple mornings a week to get a break, and the kiddos love it, too. It's been so fun to see Nora interact and become friends with another toddler. They share an important common interest -a love for eating. Nora tries to impress Sam when he comes over by pulling out all her favorite snacks from our cabinets. What a hoot! And yes, Sam's arm is around Nora. We'll have to see what Stephen says about that :-P

Did I tell you that my son asked his gal-pal at school to marry him? He gave her a leaf, which he thought was a flower. It was adorable.
